the antec notebook cooler i ordered came with a cut on the wire and the cover for the wire storage is really loose. keeps coming off. very disappointed with this purchase.

It wasn't so much Buy.Com that was problematic as it was the vendor who they contracted with. I was told that the product would be shipped within one to two days, yet it took four days to process the order and the communication was terrible.

3 books shipped in two shipments, second shipment was oversized box for the books shipped. One wonders if they could not have reduced package size to save tme and money, and why two shipments instead of a single shipment.?
