I expected somewhat better workmanship -- I'm of German extraction myself! The 8-in Carving Knife in particular looks like a "factory second". However, it's sharp, and it cuts.

The tracking response was directed to the person I sent this item to, not me. This was a gift and I stated so in the ordering process. It is a bit clumsy to get this mixed up. It is not so difficult to make this clear in the buying process.

My only comment is that the product listed on the web said there was 2 jelly roll pans of different sizes and I received 2 jelly roll pans of the same size. I am happy with my purchase and do not plan to return anything,just thought I would mention...
