I liked the products and they worked great. I was not pleased with the shipping company UPS thier tracking setup should be changed for what they charge. Try USPS shipping it may be faster.

I chose this company for overnight delivery, called to confirm the package did not arrive on time. The package was sent from Canada to california, overnight needed to be shipped from CA to CO

I ordered a new AC Adapter cord for my laptop. The purchase experience and delivery were fine, but the cord was much shorter than the original cord I got with the laptop and the AC Adapter won't lie down on the floor.

I was very surprised that I ordered the item early Thursday afternoon and did not receive the item until the following Friday. Too long to wait. For almost $10, shipping method should be faster -- USPS priority mail for instance.
