Item was delivered on time and mostly what I expected. The slide guide on the bottom of the door was much cheaper quality than that of the 3/8" Fluence 59-5/8 in. x 59-5/16 in. Frameless Bypass Shower Door in Bright Polished Silver that I purchased...

The toilet I ordered arrived with the tank intact, but the bowl was broken. I contacted NBL and was told a new bowl would be sent out immediately. The new one arrived in good shape a week later. The broken one was picked up by FedEx.

Flush valve nut leaked, appeared tight by hand, but had to loosen re-center and tighten hand tight plus 1/2 turn with large channel lock pliers. your reviews got me through the installation. Now I am highly satisfied with toilet.
