I tried to buy a cat.in Oly., but couldn't then, I and was told to go online and order after the 1st of Oct. I was told if I ord. a catalog I would receive a coupon worth $15.00 of merchandise. I DID NOT receive any coupon. I do like the catalog.

the only complaint i have with this order is that i ordered a quantity of chain and expected to get ONE chain that length. instead i got three different packages with differing lengths that added up to the total length i ordered.

I would rather have a quicker delivery time than the Quantum UPS feature. Also I felt the product pictures on the website (colorwise) weren't always completely accurate however I will admit that could be due to differences in computer graphics..

I was a little disappointed because I ordered rhinestones by the yard, and the yard ran short, so I was given one foot from another batch, thereby separating the banding.

One group of clasps were ot avaiable but I didn't learn that until I received an e-mail a few days later. What was more upsetting was the fact that I didn't seem to have the option to place on back order
