Website says they will call if items are not shipped next day, they did not call and I recived my items 2 weeks later after I needed them.

It was not clear on the web that there were two types of the product, one clear and one color frosted. We wanted clear,so we had to wait until the product was available. Wish I had received the product just 2 days earlier, New Year's Eve.

The shipping information was severely lacking. I chose UPS shipping and my item shipped USPS. USPS has horrible tracking and I was not even provided with a tracking number.

The light house look big on the web sit, but were very small when they arrived. I suggest listing the size of the product and not have picture that make the product bigger than they are.
