I placed an order for ink on 4/1/08. It arrived on 4/21/08. 3 weeks is a bit long. They should have advised me of the wait time. I've bought ink from them before, it is a good product @ a good price, but it has never taken 3 weeks.

Would use again. Needed part for a peice of production equipment. Put in order at 11:30 pm EST Thursday night, sent follow-up email requesting Saturday Delivery. Recieved phone call at noon on Friday explaining the increased charges for Saturday delivery which I was fine with. I didn't expect the phone call so I was very pleased with the follow through. Pay attention to your customers. Email the tracking info instead of having to log on each time or write down the UPS tracking #. Make some sort of agreement with shipping vendors so that they don't wait until the last available minute of the promised delivery window to get it delivered. If you order a pizza and they promise to get it to you in 30 minutes or less and it arrives after 29:59 minutes would you be happy? Me neither. (more)
