the item that i ordered went out of stock. after that the customer rep. had called to inform me about it which then i upgraded to higher value product which i was told would work the way i want to use it.and was not described correctly online and over the phone. i bought a cable which is worthless to me. and it is also going to cost me 50% of from the value of the cable to return it. The availability of the products is scares. I place an order on April 22 and I should receive the items after June 22 if posible. If I purchase a product online, I hope that the company has the product on stock in order to have happy customers.

Melissa left message that my CAT6 cable must be shipped from GA instead of CA. When called back, I talked to Elisha who told me that I would have to pay additional $60+ to get complete order. Was very upset that I would have to pay for CableWholesale error. I told her that I would call back with final decision. When I called back, I talked to Melissa who was more than accomodating to get my complete order for only additional charge of $5 instead of $60+. Much kudos for Melissa for extraordinary customer support. (more)
