Very good customer service and proactive.

I placed a small order from this company in January - then received an email stating that some of my order was out of stock (6-8 weeks estimated delivery). After more than 2 months, I sent and email to request an update on my order. I received an email stating that some things were in stock, some were not, and other items (longer cables)were in stock at other locations. I could pay extra shipping costs to have them delivered from their other store (?). I replied with an email requesting when I could expect to receive what I ordered - nothing more, nothing less. The reply i received was MAY 29.... At this point I canceled my order. Ridiculous.... (more)

I really WISH that I could tell if the product was INSTOCK before I order it online, this would save me about 3 days so I can source the cables else where. There is no way to tell if cables are in stock or not. Now I have to wait over 30 days for my order. In stock purchases seem to be getting worst. I've ordered ALOT of cables, and the lead time is worsting for the cables I am buying. (more)

SOME PARTS ARE MISSING SO I HAVE TO TRY TO GET THAT PARTS. A PRODUCTS MISSING PART ARE BOLTS ,WINGS NUTS , POLE BASES,GUY ROPES,POLES SIDES RINGS, CORNER ELBOWS SO REST IS FIND BUT IS GOOD TO ME COST ME MONEY SEND BACK BEST CANS IS SEND MISSING PIECES TO ME. (more)

Better inventory info on site -- I placed order for 16 blue 10' Cat6 cables on web site, got and order confirmation, and expected shipment that day (as specified in site). When I did not get email with tracking info on the next day, I called to find out status (and, as it turned out, to modify the order). It was only then that I was informated that the order did not ship because you had only 2 of the ordered cables in stock. Everybody on the phone was both professional and knowledgable and I got the issue resolved in short order, but it would have been nice to have the status reported via email. (more)
