All of my transactions should go so well.

the falt of the delivery was with the Shipper UPS who promised the package a day earlier than they got it to me.

The Sony STR-DG2100 AV receiver I ordered arrived missing the master volume knob. The only solution both Vann's and Sony offered was to box up the receiver, send it back to Missoula, Montana and wait a week or two for a replacement to be shipped to me. Since I was eager to keep the receiver and use it with my new 52" Sony XBR4 HDTV (also ordered from Vann's), the only option I had was to pay Sony $30.00 for a replacement plastic volume knob [exorbitant] so I could go ahead and get my new home theater set up. Excellent service, true to their word.

Tried to reach customer service three times on the phone. Had to hold more than 15 minutes each time - then I hung up. On the fourth call, customer service answered my call within 4 minutes on hold. Emailed them with the same question, received email response 5 days later. (more)

WOW - got here in 3 days and what a deal!

I bought a Sony KDL52XBR4. I shopped in stores and on line for several months and Vann's had the best price. They beat the competition by several hundred dollars. Out of the box, the picture and quality would blow you away. Vann's shipped promptly on time by Big Yellow shipping, nothing damaged. I'm well satisfied. (more)
