    I have purchased dell cartridges from Abacus and was very unhappy with them. Therefore I am purchasing my ink directly from Dell. I do not want remanufactured cartridges.

    I have previously bought packages of 2 Black & 1 Red, but could not find it this time. It was much cheaper. I prefer not to purchase remanufactured cartridges.

    I had to use the chat now app. Shoji was great. I don't know why my up to 30% off coupon was not applicable (PS113155491z)

    I loved the experience, the customer support was some of the best. It's just like the Dell of 90's again. I would gladly purchase from Dell again in the future.

    Had box damage on tv when it arrived called customer service at time it arrived and did not get a call back?
