ALthough you wrote that there was a slight delay, my PC came 2 days earlier than the final date Dell said.

I am not happy that I have to purchase this product on line ONLY. I would prefer to purchase it at any office supply store. Your prices are high and the ink does not last long so I will be ordering more often than I like.

2 days after I placed order they offered a mini netbook for $99. when I call to have one added to my order the customer service lady said -too bad- When I asked her for some help she rude and did not want to help me out.
