I quess you have saved money by having your call center in India, now I suggust you save even more and close it down completely. It is a complete waste of your customers (my) time and Dells money to operate such a frustrateing mess.

I had another order and it was returned by mistake for the UPS's driver.I would like to know if Dell will send that order back? I already reported that happened to Dell online

This is the third computer I have bought from Dell and all have been great and customer service and tech support has been very good.
Have not used as yet, Christmas present.

I spent THIRTY minutes on the phone with the shipping company who could not find my order. Then I called Dell "Customer Support" and spent OVER ONE HOUR on the phone with them.The support group were not very sympathetic and some were quite rude.

Purchase of the Dell Inspiron went very well. I was dispointed about the backorder but was patient.Glad to receive, product is just what I expected.

ALthough you wrote that there was a slight delay, my PC came 2 days earlier than the final date Dell said.
