I was expecting real embroidery for arm logo, name and numbers instead of cheap plastic Irons. Mesh Jersey material was not expected but may be OK.

I ordered three items online. One item was delivered (tie). One item was cancelled (hat). One item is delayed (T shirt). I am very disappointed and will likely not purchase again through NHL.com.

I did not receive my order on time. So, I called the number on the web site and they told me that they were back orered until Dec 1. I should have been notified of the back order right away and not when I called to find out where my order was.
