My daughter, who lives in Cambridge England, never received the product I ordered for her for Christmas. I either want a refund or to have you deliver the product. Please call me at (650) 529-1364 to resolve asap. Thanks!

I ordered 6 pod candles in early November, 2009, as Christmas presents. I expected them to be delivered in about 2 weeks. They lost the order and I had to call them.
