I am really surprised that FTD did not offer to upgrade my flowers or offer them to me free since they were delivered 2 days late and this was for a death in the family.

FIRST TIME ORDERING ONLINE WITH YOUR COMPANY AT FIRST COULD NOT MAKE UP MIND SO MANY CHOICES BUT MY SISTER WAS THRILLED AND ALSO THANK YOU FOR PUTTING A COUPON WITH GROUPON

It seemed really expensive and when I tried to use the discount coupon online it said it was expired. It would have been nice to use the 20% off.
