Item was shipped with good timing. At first I thought the item sent was not correct because only half the amount of ram I ordered was showing on windows. Turns out one of my computer ram slots were to blame. Good transaction overall.

1. No response to my phone call
2. Their sales person never answered my questions.
3. I expected them to take care of the defective product return shipping and handling charges but I was told that I have to take care of that expense myself.

EMARTBUY cancelled my order without explanation after they accepted it and charged my credit card. Whatever the reason, I was never notified or sent an apology. All they did was waste my time. This was my first and last order at EMARTBUY
