Duffle is not exactly as shown on line and warranty card is less than advertised. It seems to be less than advertised in general.

Ordered the case and somewhat surprised by the size, but my own fault for not reading thoroughly. Case is still good for my wife's needs, as she tends to drag along a lot more stuff than me.

I was disappointed that there wasn't more padding in the case to support the computer better, other than just the velcro straps. It don't seem to be protective enough so I will be putting some foam in it myself.

I had requested express shipping because I was leaving town on Oct. 16. The estimated delivery was Oct 14-16. Unfortunately, the items didn't arrive until Oct 19.
