The shipping was very fast however process time was not. I placed my order via the internet on 11/07/09 but the items didn't ship until 11/16/09. Also, flywheel tool did not fit my particular flywheel model.

I made an oder on sunday and paid for 2nd day air which i beleved would show up on teusday or wensday at the latest but they arrived on thursday. I thought 2 day air meant 2 days maybe you could make this more clear when ordering

The 3-Day shipping is not 3 days.Also, the two parts of my helmet were sold separately, and I found out that I paid $50 more for the complete helmet than I would have anywhere else.

4 to 5 days to pick-pack-ship seems insane; i've worked in that industry and that time lag speaks of either inefficiency or mom and pop operation.
