O have been a customer for over 5 years. Something happened with my checkout, and my card was in question. I have many other cards or methods of payment. The customer service rep was abrupt and short, and basically semi-hostile while preaching policy. I have yet to receive a response to my e-mail that I sent over 7 days ago. I am dissapointed and feel unappreciated as a customer. My order was not given a chance to resubmit. I wish they would have reconsidered. I wouldn't be shopping for a new supplier right now. My money is good anywhere in these tough times. It would be different if someone nicely explained what happened. But no one knew, had no ambiotion to find out, and told me I could never... (more)

Company had a hard time processing my payment through shop.com and after 3 attempts your company placed a hold on both failed payments. I had to call to request for it to be removed.
