Service was great, although FEDEX did deliver to the wrong address (right address was on the box). From the delivery/tracking information I was able to track where it had been delivered to and picked it up.

My concern was with the timing of the shipment. When I called the representative assured me the shipment would arrive in just a few days. I am pleased to report that's exactly what happened. Thank you!

salesperson was not available when we called and we would leave a message and she would not return call. We had to keep calling to make contact with the sales dept. Also promised items would be delivered by a certain date & they weren't

the baskets were cheaper looking than I expected, but the price was right....wish you had a few higher end quality baskets to choose from, otherwise you were a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Susan Woods

Of the ten sea grass trays, one was slightly damaged (probably in shipping) but with a few glue gun shots and manual tweaking, all was OK. No other complaints.
