Prices were great. Products were great. Didn't know that certain products were out of stock, that was disappointing, but they redid the order and that was fine, will order the other later, maybe. Shipping was really HIGH.

Service was great, although FEDEX did deliver to the wrong address (right address was on the box). From the delivery/tracking information I was able to track where it had been delivered to and picked it up.

salesperson was not available when we called and we would leave a message and she would not return call. We had to keep calling to make contact with the sales dept. Also promised items would be delivered by a certain date & they weren't

Of the ten sea grass trays, one was slightly damaged (probably in shipping) but with a few glue gun shots and manual tweaking, all was OK. No other complaints.
