i have order a jawbone bluetooth and it appears to be not in good packing conditions and it looks used. i was going to give this as a gift but then i'm thinking twice now.

I was very amazed on the service I got, I ordered my product late friday night and recieved it monday in the mail. I was shocked it got here so quickly.

I am having some difficulties w/ the item I purchased. It shuts off w/out me turning it off and the volume button jiggles. Will have to contact the company for replacement.
