I ordered two fans, a white 44 inch Hunter. I thought I was ordering another fan with wooden palm blades...on sale from $80.00. When I opened it, all I got was (5) wooden palm blades & no fan... I was disappointed.

The fan light was delivered to the wrong address. I didn't get it until 4 days after it was dropped off at my neighbor and had to pick it up. If it wasn't for my neighbor being honest and calling me to let me know, I would have never received the...

Contractor installed fan but it did not work - after he spent 2 hrs checking and rewiring everything at least twice we called customer service and were told that we had a defective transmitter! At least the customer service rep apologized.
