I ordered 2 waffle robes, and they had to be monogrammed and you did an awesome job with them. I am happy with them, but wish that I got the more hotel style robes although these are very nice.

The product(shell pendant) is tarnished. I am totally dissatisfied. And don't want to go thru the hassle of sending it back, as it is a gift for someone's birthday. I'll just go instore like I should have!
