The battery I purchased for my laptop was advertised as heving a shelf life of 4 to 4-1/2 hours. I am nowhere near that. After downloading new BIOS from Dell, the time to hiberation up to about 3 hours, but that's still short.

I did not receive my order for 18 days.They said they gave me the wrong order number therefore the tracking number was also wrong.Did they really send it on 9/12??? Not a good experience

The battery I ordered has not performed to specs. I was told it was a 4-6 hour battery and it ceased after 2 hours.
