We needed more keys. we had ordered several locks and needed several keys all keyed to the same key. when we took it to be made somewhere else they didnt work.

not pleased with the 25% restocking fee. Most likely will not order again from this company. The product is being delivered back to you unopened and not damaged. The policy is excessive.

The product did not look exactly like the picture. So it did not quite match the rest of our levers. However, it is still very nice, cost effedtive and was delivered timely.
