due to lack of knowledge and website misinformation i hadto order the remainder of my order from another vendor. Costing me expedite fees and shipping fees from another company. This made me really upet and the CS person did not offer to assist

I still don't understand why I was charged 10 dollars for shipping when you advertise 4.99 shipping. I don't think I ordered express or anything. I just wanted to do the $4.99 shipping.

I bought from FansEdge because you accept VISA. The other websites used PayPal, which I refuse to use again, due to previous issues.

I returned a sweatshirt Friday the 19th, but have yet to have any contact as to weather or not it waws recieved and if the price has been credited to my credit card account
