I received the wrong model camera and was unable to contact cameraforless. I did contact Jack Stein and he said to send back. Camerea was sent back on 10/9. no credit was made to my account, so it was disputed.

Came across as a 1 person operation. Tried calling all ext & finally got an answer after third try over 2 hours. Almost appeared that they forgot about my order until I called 5 days after placing it and then it took another week to get here.

Excellent company. Same exact lens as from a high end camera shop for about 2/3 the price. If you know what you want no sense paying retail. Recieved promply and everything exactly as advertised.
