I sent these shoes to my daughter in Tennessee. They were too high in the cut of the back heel and she is sending them back. She contacted Hub customer service and they are working things out. I don't know how it will transpire.

I originally ordered the wrong size. Customer Service was very helpful in explaining how to return the 1st pair of shoes and knowledgable on the kind of shoes I need. The 2nd pair fit wonderfully. I plan on purchasing more through this company.
