Checked several sites and BatteryEdge had the best price and a very good visual image of the product I wanted. I don't like ordering online but this was straightforward and easy.

The battery was delivered very quickly. I have a related other issue: when I installed the new battery, the release latch on my notebook got stuck in the "open" position and the battery is wedged in place but can't be removed. Can you help?
