Product arrived several days late. I ordedered the product a month early to ensure on-time delivery. It took me 2 calls over 2 days to get the order sent out. I was assured that the order would still make it on time which was a false statement.

The only issue about wine.com is knowing to which states wine can be shipped. It seems to vary from time to time

A few places of the wine.com web site can be confusing especially when checking out with the mailing address and credit card payment pages. But I was able to figure it out and the wine was delivered on time for each case I've ordered so far.
