Part (video card) was listed as in stock and ready for delivery. Part was ordered. Part in status of packed, no cancel. Part is still not in stock and not shipped.

The billing and shipping page is confusing and has some unexpected outcomes. There needs to be a final order review page that is editable. Why the order cannot be edited before packing?

The product I received has slight damage. The protective case inside the box was broken. Not sure if it damaged on delivery or from your stock, ck. But it still functional. I am not a picky person, but I was little upset about this.
