I love the site layout, and have told many people to buy from you guys...always gets here super quick. Some of the really nerdy, tech stuff like thermal grease, liquid coolers, and overall selection is lacking compared to newegg.com...but if you match the amount of stuff they offer and keep the website layout, you will have a near-perfect operation. I recieved a broken motherboard and zipzoomfly put the burden of proof on my shoulders!They are not following there own policy.They believe I damaged the board because I was honest with them.

Orders should ship same day really, or that should be an inexpensive option. Pleased with the rest of the process, and the item was very well packaged which is deeply appreciated. New Egg is using extremely flimsy boxes now, which seem to lead to product damaged in shipment. It's also nice that ZZF is using air pack instead of packing peanuts. Those peanuts can be messy. Fedx tracking very bad and inaccurate. I have found DSL or USPS to be the best in our area.

FedEx Ground shipping was very slow; also, the hard drive was loose in the box and was able to be tossed around in it. Not packed well.

ALL OF MY CO-WORKERS WERE JEALOUS BECAUSE I BOUGHT A 1 TB HARD DRIVE FOR LESS THEN $200. THANKS FOR THE GREAT PRODUCT AT AN AFFORDABLE RATE.
