I still do not have the products I purchased. three is a a hold until a lens is shipped by the manufacturer which I am not happy about. it has been over two weeks since I placed my order.

Tried to order a camera/out of stock. Staff doesn't know products; ordered dif.camera -- in stock but not shipped on time; wasted 1 1/2 hour on phone with no info. Even manager not helpful. Canceled order. Got camera from another co. w/in 3 days.

I've ordered >$500 worth of items. The plastic cover for a couple of albums are ripped. They don't seem to be damaged due to the packaging, but were packaged even though they were damaged. But I didn't bother to return due to inconvenience.

I ordered a camera and had it shipped to my mother's address as I'm stationed in Afghanistan. Everything arrived after only two days and in good order, thank you for your timely shipping and professionalism in handling this manner.

My only complaint was that when I would try to track my items I was told they were unable to track at this time. I was sent e-mails telling me they had been shipped, but if you are going to have a tracking system it should work properly.

The only drawback was I couldn't tell if the camera came with a memory card, which in fact it didn't so I had to go buy one at the store after I received my camera. If it was clear it didn't come with one I would have purchased it at the same time.

If you don't have the product to ship, you should say so at the time of ordering instead of me having to contact to find out an anticipated ship date. Couldn't give me a ship day so I had to cancel the order. This was a birthday gift.
