Ritz did a terrific job for me. The reason I returned the Canon S5 IS is only becuase I found a much better price else where. COMMENT: If Ritz would develope a price matching system, you as a company would put all of your competitors. Ritz has the best customer service I have encounter and will buy from you in the future. My order was not packed properly, especially for a camera lens and the problem with delivery was with Fed Ex Express service, not Ritz.

I was extremely pleased with the communications of people I contacted prior to ordering and the prompt delivery. Had to wait a second day for delivery due to signature requirements but I understand that.

Great experience. I bought a camera for myself and 2 weeks later bought the same one for a graduation gift for my daughter. Both purchases arrived as promised.
