The cartridges delivered do not work in my Canon MP830 printer. Not only do they not work, but when installed the entire machine will not print.

I got my cartridge today, only to find out it does not include the toner! What good is this to me? I am furious over this order! Why in the world would anyone order an empty cartridge that has no toner? I am livid over this transaction!

One of the products purchased was defective. It was a drum and it was missing the chip necessary to connect with my printer. the only resolution from the company was to snail mail me the chip. I am without a printer.
