Overall I was peased with my products. The wine kit I received had a leak in one of the bags of additives. The bag of additives was quickly replaced by the manufacturer and my wine kit is fermenting as we speak.

I received StarSan instead of Iodophor. Needed it right away and not a big difference for my purposes, but still a little worrisome. While I am in driving distance, it would be nice to know that online ordering is available and reliable.

I did receive one email stating that the yeast was back ordered. There was no further followup during the 21 days it took to fill the order. I did contact via the website, but that never garnered a response so I telephoned.

Customer service was very helpful when there was a credit card "burp"- the problem was resolved immediately and my order was shipped and received quickly! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for their products/services.

I was so satisfied with the time it took to resolve the problen of a broken Proof and Traille hydrometer which took less time to solve the problem than it did to dial the phone, I'm prepairing a lit of items fo a later orderr

I've been a customer for several years. I like the custom packaged recipes, since I brew only every 4-6 weeks. I also like the HBA interface better than the AB interface and the HBA club discount!
