If the shoes are not available, don't let the customer pay for them just to email and say the product is not available and the them go through a refund process.

The product was delivered well within the expected delivery date range. However, it said that it ships within 24-48 hours of receipt. I ordered the product on Saturday and the product did not leave the warehouse until Wednesday.

After I paid for my order, I was told a few days later (via email) that my order is cancelled due to lack of inventory. They should manage their inventory better. This was my first opportunity to purchase from them, and I will never do it again.
