This was the first time I used this company, as I needed to make several odd-shaped frames, not readily available in stores. I compared to quotes through Michael's Craftstore Custom Frames, and American Frame was less than half the price. I was amased at the excellent quality of the frames. I did not have to give up anything and yet got it for such a great price. (more)

My order was delayed due to one of the many items ordered being out of stock. I was notified of this by e-mail, but since I was busy cutting il Monday, therefore couldmats, etc., I did not check my e-mail until the end of the business day. Though I replied as soon as I read the e-mail, it wasn't received at Am Frame until the next day. I very much appreciate that Customer Service called me back, after receiving my e-mailed reply, to alert me that the order wouldn't be processed in time to go out that day, which was a Friday; and since it wouldn't ship until Monday, it couldn't get to me unless I paid for 2nd Day Air. If Customer Service had called me the day they discovered the out-of-stock item... (more)

I have requested a catalog, and have not received it. It is necessary in order to choose mat board colors.

I was very satisfied with that fast service I received from Americanframe.com. I was suprised that my order came today! And also the frame worked great!

A more user-friendly ordering system would be helpful. I was not satisfied with the usability of the internet ordering system because when I deleted one item in a group,the entire grouping would be deleted, requiring me to re-enter all the items into the ordering system. This caused me to spend significantly more time placing my oder than what I would have expected. Also, when I spoke with a Cust Serv rep about an unavailable item, my entire order was lost and we had to review each item, line by line. The Representative was personable and pleasant, but one of my mats was ordered with the incorrect dimensions from my original printed order.. (more)
