Perhaps another means of configuring a frame would be to work from the opening size of the mat.

I didn't contact the company but my frames had a couple of small chips in them that needed to be filled in with furniture stain marker. They were packed very well, and I had received a perfect frame before. so I was a bit disappointed.

Excellent service, but I would suggest that AF provide 2 day or 1 day shipping rates at the time of order, instead of requesting a separate email response during regular (not 24 hr) business hours.

One of the frames we got had a nick in it and had to use a color marker to disguise it. other then that we were happy with the choices.

I've been buying from "FramesByMail" for a few years and been satisifyed. I found American Frame's website a few weeks ago when their's wasn't working. American Frame delivered a better product, faster, more professionally & at a comparable price.

I used to be professional picture framer for 20years and I was so supprised at the excellent quality of the framing stock I received from American Frame. Mats were perfect frame corners we perfect. Packing was first class.
