I ordered a cat box on 10/19. Received the wrong size. After several calls and promises I learned today, 12/2, that the order was cancelled and credited a week ago.

Was sent confirmation. Item did not arrive after over two weeks. I e-mailed; no response. After nearly one month I called and they Say item was backordered and they will credit my credit card.

I understood my order was coming by FedEX, which was to deliver it by Friday of the week it was ordered. It did not come until Tuesday the following week and was by USPS. This was my only disappointment! The staff was very courteous.

I have called left 2 messages that I have been charged for the product but I have not revieved it as yet. Again on response. Satisfication is not good at all. I need the product or credit immediately please or product ordered. Emailed also.

Half of order was delivered but on time, on contacting sales support imediate resolution to problem was found and short fall was delivered in record time.
