The packaging was not sufficient to protect the phone and it was damaged. It would be a more satisfying experience if the return process was changed to have the customer receive the replacement first and return shipment was prepaid by 101 Phones!

the ordering was easy and the customer service was excellent also. the price was good, so i can say that i would recommend this company and would order again. the delivery was fast and no charge for shipping so that was a good plus.

I am having trouble deleting "Messsage Waiting" because it does not always say "light ON or OFF, 'YES or NO". I hope I will get the hang of it soon.
