have not used the chair yet as we sent it to our daughters home for use when we are visiting - she said it seems okay, and we will use it over the holidays, hoping it is great ! thanks

A call was made to check status of order only fnd it on back order.was workgin wtih Sueprvisor Maria P to fix issues I left voicemails with no return call and no follow up e-mail. Very dissatisifed with your compnay.

Good web site. easy to use and place order. I paid extra foe 3 day shipping...item shipped on 9/8..recieved it 9/15. I sent e-mail rquest for refund of expediteshipping charges. No reply.
