This was not my first purchase through WOW. I have bought watches and accessories from their website. They always offer a quality product at a price point near unbeatable in the current market. I recommend them highly.

the 100 credit offered applied to magazines and the choices must have been made at purchase; with no time to think. when in doubt you chose no. thusly the credit was worthless. thanks for nada

The accutron purchased had a new band design. nothing suggested there may be a problem with resizing. Jewelers were unfamiliar with design and baffled how to resize it. should address issue before purchase and include directions with watch.

I did the, "Make us a reasonable offer" deal. The original price was over $125. I offered $100. WoW responded their best was $117, so I agreed, feeling they had done their best. Since, I've seen the watch reduced below their "best", last price...

Since my purchase I have received unsolicited email from worldofwatches about every other day. I do not mind a message once a week... but anything more than that will make me consider not buying from you again.

I have ordered from World of Watches before, and they always shipped via UPS, which is very easy to track. This time, the piece was shipped via the USPS. I found that the tracking is very poor, and have not received my item as yet.
