ProVantage usually exceeds my expectations. FedEx Ground, however, is a perpetual frustration, with usual delivery times exceedomg one week. I often buy supplies from online stores that ship UPS, a reliable choice I wish you offered..

The experiece would have been a perfect ten if UPS or the USPS was used. Fedex was not able to contact the drivers for me nor was I able to pick up the shipment from them on Saturday and had to wait until Monday to receive it.
