Item received is a different color, has all plastic components instead of some critical metal components from those pictured on Provantage website. Provantage pictured the exact model I need. Shipped lesser quality model which appears on other...

U need to get your act together on shippng charges. Sometimes these charges cost more than the product being bought.

The UPS was return that was sent to me. Box double taped indicating a repack. Shipping lable pouch wss resued from a previous shipment. The unit was damaged in multiple ways. I expect a brand new and previously unsold product.

Substantial price increase since same item ordered first time 11/06/09. Have come to associate Provantage w/highly attractive pricing. Higher price created purchase hesitation re: cost vs. benefit based on results with first purchase.
