folica was easy to use and offered useful information for comparison with quick and easy shipping. the product does not perform as expected & is a hassle to return. this is a draw back from ordering online.

The website stated that I would get a free mini-SEDU straightener, but I never received it. I e-mailed customer service about this on 12/22, but I have yet to receive a response. This lack of response is kind of steering me away from your company.

I ordered the InstaStyler on Dec. 20th. I was pleased to receive the free 2 day shipping and 10% off! My daughter loves it. I ordered a hair dryer last year and was extremely pleased with that purchase.

I accidently bought wrong products at first. I called the customer service they were very kind and cancelled the transaction right away so that I can repurchase again. I am very satisfied with the product I have received as well..

The only thing I was unhappy about was the package came in the mail. I didn't know it was in the mail box I had expected it to come UPS. So when I did get it the hair spray was frozen.

AFTER ORDERING, I FOUND THAT MY DAUGHTER WOULD HAVE LIKED THE GOLD TARA BANKS IRON, BUT MY ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED. OTHERWISE , SHE IS OKAY WITH THE PINK FLAT/CURLING HOT IRON.

Ordered two flat irons. Both went to my daughter's address when
one should have gone to mine The brand was right but the color was not what was shown. Instead it was pink with breast cancer awarness ribbon on it instead. Both should have been silver
