Confusing new website features led me to place new recurring order by mistake. Contacted Green Mountain immediately, but customer service responded too late to cancel order and didn't offer any adjustment.

Love your coffee and the selection of flavors;especially the seasonal flavors offered. I have found that many flavors are only available direct from Green Mountain - so the ease of ordering online thru you direct is perfect.
