Divers Direct is always helpful, prompt, and courteous and the items are always high-quality. I shop at DD frequently and have never been disappointed - it is so convenient, especially when preparing for a trip and you need items quickly. I was especially impressed with one of the Managers in Customer Support - Jaime. An item I had ordered was not in stock and he called me personally before shipping to tell me and to recommend (from his Dive Instructor experience) a high-quality replacement and informed me of another product that would also be helpful (which I ordered). He had my order out in the mail that day and I received it the next day. Definitely a top-notch organization. (more)

Fast shipping, great products

item ordered showed as available on the website, but was backordered when my order was recieved.

Allow entry of DiversDirect Memeber Reward# and retrieve name/address data at beginning of checkout process. Since email address is one the items collected when ordering, I have a hard time believing that you could not contact me reegarding the delay in fulfilling my order. See copy of email below. Dear David, Thank you for your order and email. I am seeing the order shipped 4/7/08 because of a safety tube was on back order for a couple days. We attempted to contact you in regards to this but there was no email address and the phone number was showing as 000-000-0000. You can track the package at www.fedex.com with 663997010156762 . Incredible service! Ordered a computer, they never had one in stock, so they contacted me, upgraded my computer and shipping for no cost to be sure I had it in time for my vacation. Customer service is... you'll never believe this... in the U.S.A.!!! They even spoke english! I was very pleased after dealing with offshore call centers for so long. Item was on back order which is what caused the delay

I was pleased with all phases of order and delivery The sizing of the wetsuit was an issue and really more guidelines need to be given for people who are not "slim" Hopefully the exchange for the larger size will go smoothly
