Part shown on website not correct. Still waiting after severl inquiries as to the staus of my return, I even purchased the correct part through them in a show of good faith. Nothing but silence for several weeks. NEVER again.

My major complaint was that on your website it said "In Stock" which was why I ordered it from Poolcenter.com and not another company. THEN the next day I got an email that said it was on Back Order. I cannot complete this in 225 characters.

The only reason I did not give your staff or other areas a 10 was that I was told a new pressure guage was included with the valve, which of course was not true.

I looked for a specific parts, The Pool Center had the diagrams to tell me what the part numbers ware, had the parts, and delivered them promptly. I ordred it on the web, and never talked to anyone.
