Fed=Ex apparently cannot find us; I have contacted them and given detailed directions; hopefully the item will arrive tomorrow or we will make arrangements to pick it up at a FedEx facility.

Product shipped about a week after delivered. Late arrival of the product wasn't CA's fault. Fed Ex was unable to deliver due to snow and ice.
