Everything was delivered on time, i contact customer service to discuss about tracking my item and the young lady was bery nice and friendly, she help me out alot, also the price on the items was great, alot less then i have seen at other places....

I love the fact that I can have my hats sent to the nearest LIDS store with no shipping charges to me. And you have a great selection of hats from every sport to choose from at great prices.

Only issue with product purchased is that the color of the custom thread looks different than what was represented on the website (actual color is a good bit brighter than appeared online).
