For your military custom graphics ie., Air Force,being retired Air Force I wish that I could have chosen to have "Retired Air Force" inscribed on the hat.

The hats I bought varied widely in size, even though I bought the same size product and brand. Also, when I contacted the seller, they said I wouldn't get a return shipping refund because the the products are not defective.

I ordered a hat and got the wrong size. It was a ridiculous experience to figure out how to resolve the issue. I went to the store and was told to call customer service then CS told me to go back to the store to return the hat.... OMG......
