I ordered on the 16th, order was ready on the 17th and I received a tracking number. It was not picked up until the 18th so I did not receive it until the 22nd. I paid for the two day air because I needed it by the 19th not the 22nd.

The product shipped on time. FedEx Ground did not deliver the product on Friday 5-29 stating incorrect street address. They were in error. The proper address was on the delivery request. Received delivery 6-2. I will never use FedEx ground by choice.

My purchase was excellent overall. The only are that I would like to critique is the online chat. The chat attendant was very helpful and found the product I needed to purchase, but wanted me to purchase it through the non-secure online chat...

I ordered two locks for my downriggers, it would have been a better experience if I was shipped two locks that were keyed the same. Not known if this was possible though.

i had an issue and boaters world contacted me within an hour with a fair resolution, they didn't have to do that, i felt they went above and beyond what was standard customer service and their cust. serv. was excellent in trying to please consumer.
