Item was missing. Asked for it to be resent, never was, asked again a week later. Item was damaged. Need to return another item, low quality.

I was disappointed the stitching on the sleeve of the sweater un-ravelled the first time my son wore it, but the phone Rep was very coutious and helpful. She is sending a Return Authorization for an exchange.

I will not shop for my daughters uniforms anywhere else besides French Toast,they are made perfectly ,and comfortable for her to wear,and very durable. Also the price is very reasonable. All I can say is good about this company and thank you very...

Some of the item sizes run small. That should be notated when ordering. Also you should offer return postage shipping since the customer has to pay S&H to receive the items.

I find that the size that I ordered are not the same fit in different color skirts. The blue fit better than the khaki. But after I washed them, the blue is now too tight. I plan to talk with someone about these.

Your items are of a good quality, but are expensive. I ordered FT shirts from another site & only paid $5.99 v. $10.99. Plus there was no tax & the shipping was a lot less. The only reason I purchase from you is because I cannot find it any where...

I would appreciate you taking a little more time to ensure the school embroidery is straight on the shirts. I have no other option but to buy my school's shirts from you and have been very disappointed in your embroidery.
