I was very upset that no one contacted me before the order had been processed again to get my approval. It was found and processed without me knowing and I asked to be contacted before that was done, and was not. There were some changes I needed to make, and I was hoping to take advantage of the lost order and make my changes before the order was processed for the second time. My checking acct. suffered fees because of that. Thank you for the postage paid return label, I will be using that this weekend. (more)

The products were great. There was a sizing issue and it would cost me more in postage to return the items and get new ones sent, so I just lost the $ and didn't get one of the items.

I am very happy with the school uniforms that have been ordered from French Toast. During contact with customer service in reference to the correct procedure for returning/exchanging items the representative was extremely courteous, polite, and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. Upon returning the items, there was a concern about having to pay for the return since I had already paid for shipping charges. (more)

i am very satisfied with my purchase, but it was not exactly what i was looking for. i have all the numbers out of the skort i was looking for, but none of them work in the search box.

I only returned the items because they were too small. My daughter is in between sizes, so that is no one's fault. I loved the quality, loved the style and they fit our need perfectly. I already see things in the catalog that I want to order!

Happy with products but I bought these uniforms for next fall due to a 20% off sale I dont see happen very often. I hope they fit. I bought the next biggest size for my son. If not, I can't return them due to 30 day policy. Then I won't be too happy.

The boy's shorts I ordered were supposed to be light gray. It was a very very dark gray (label indicates light gray too). Even if I wanted to return it I could not because kids needs to wear the shorts (summer uniform) already so I rather risk being reprimanded. My son now stands out (not in a good way) for having the drakest "light" gray in the whole school. I returned the skirts too because it was not a skirt but a skort. it was not clear in the French Toast website that it was a skort. THe cost of returning is half the cost of the skort. I am very disappointed. (more)
