Great customer service representative. What I would like is more "active" fabric clothing available for girls. My daughters love the soft jersey skorts, but would also like some pants and shorts in a similar material.

One item didn't fit so I sent it back and requested an exchange to a different size. I wish I didn't have to pay shipping again. In this situation, Lands End does not charge shipping the second time.

The sizes are always changing. I love the quality but they need to make teh clothing true to size. I don't like returning things.

I am going to be returning a jumper that i received in error. See i ordered a shirt for my son and receive a girls jumper in place of the shirt. I should be receiving the shirt and the return label shortly so that I can send back the jumper.
